With this opening words at the beginning of his sermon, Bishop Samuel Handojo Tansahtikno congratulated and addressed his joy over the new place of worship for Cipayung congregation. After nearly 17 years having divine services at the courtyard of Priest Yunus (Rector) and Mr. Heri Krismarwanto’s residences, Cipayung congregation now has a new place of worship which is located at DonnyLC Kavling Thomas, Jl. SMA 64 No. 48, Cipayung. In the name of the Triune God, Bishop Samuel Handojo Tansahtikno dedicated and sanctified the rented building into a place of worship on Sunday, April 10, 2016.

Psalm 36: 8,9 was used by Bishop Samuel as the bibletext for the dedication and the service. The core message of the divine service was, that in His house, God always offers grace, peace, love, strengthening of faith, and comfort. Our task is, as explained Bishop, to look for it, give effort to get in it and grab all that is being offered in it. The service was also assisted by District Elder Ignatius Susiyanto which had closed the old place of worship of the congregation Cipayung on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 and the District Evangelist Eko Susilo Hadi.
