District Apostle Urs Hebeisen accompanied by Apostles Sigfried Catan (Philippines), Fred Wolf (Thailand), Samuel Hadiwidagdo and Edy Isnugroho (Indonesia) and also all Bishops from Indonesia once more visited Gendeng congregation, Yogyakarta on Sunday, May 1st, 2016. This time was for two special occassions Silver Wedding blessing for Apostle Edy and Sister Yenny Christin and Engagement blessing for Deacon Natanael Nugroho and Sister Keysa Laodia Yosefin.

District Apostle used the word from Mark 4:25. He elaborated that the Lord Jesus has shown that firstly we have to own and provide something so the Lord can do His divine work. First thing is faith to the Lord Jesus, for the fulfillment of His promises. Next, we have to possess thankfulness because that is the key to experience new blessings. And then there is a willingness to learn how to recognize the activity of the Holy Spirit and make a commitment to keep our promises to God. Besides that we also want to accept the God’s servants without seeing earthly criteria and the last one is that we also must possess love and a deep act of repentance.

Apostle Edy Isnugroho and Sister Yenny Christin received the Silver Wedding blessing. District Apostle adressed that they are not only example for their family, but also to many people. Their son, Dc. Natanael Nugroho, received the Engagement blessing together with Sister Keysa Laodia Yosefin, a commitment for these young people as a preparation toward their marriage.
