Ordinations in Kedoya

In the Divine Service on Wednesday 21st October 2015 the District Apostle ordained Dc. Keefe Setiobudi as a Priest and Br. Natanael Nugroho into the Deacon ministry. In his address the District Apostle emphasized how important it is to have young brothers growing up to carry responsibility in the Church. He called them the carriers of the future. Pr. William Notowidagdo from Bandung has moved to Kedoya and his priestly office was confirmed for this congregation. The divine service was based on Luke 12:21 and focused on earthly riches versus to be rich in the sight of God. The sermon was summarized

“Grateful for earthly riches that God gives us, we make good use of them, without neglecting our salvation or duties. We seek first the riches of Jesus Christ’s grace, of God’s love and of the knowledge inspired by the Holy Spirit”
